Below are the security and confidentiality measures we follow:

• We have HIPAA compliant processes, it’s a paperless environment.
• Facilities are manned by security that is 24X7. 
• The office door has access security code and the employees have to deposit all the electronic gadgets before entering the workplace.
• Every employee signs NDA.
• We do not print any of the documents sent to us.
• The medical records are saved only on the designated computers which are secured by the password.
• The employees computers are NOT connected to internet.
• Data transfer ports are locked, so no computer has any USB port to copy the documents and take the information out of workplace.
• Secured FTP server with Firewall.
• Access security card required for the Network rooms
• Only the authorized people will have access to the documents. No records are disseminated outside our organization.
• Internet access is controlled, per authorization and access logs are maintained. Website accessed by each employee is tracked.
• Once the work is completed and we receive a feedback from our clients, all the records are irretrievably destroyed
